11 Children's Privacy
21+ Only: The bwm55 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. bwm55 does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. If we determine that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account and delete all related personal data. If you believe a minor has registered on bwm55, please contact us immediately.
As part of our KYC verification process, all players must submit a government-issued photo identification document confirming they meet the minimum age requirement. This process also serves as our primary control against underage access to the Platform.
12 Cross-Border Data Transfers
In the course of operating the bwm55 Platform, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the Philippines — for example, by cloud hosting infrastructure providers or international game studio operators.
