1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
To register and use bwm55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

- You have not been self-excluded or excluded by any regulatory authority from participating in online gambling activities;
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
bwm55 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close the account of any person who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
3 Account Registration & KYC
To access paid services on bwm55, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and up to date.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bwm55. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
bwm55 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. You must submit a clear, legible copy of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or valid Philippine Passport) together with proof of residential address not older than three (3) months. bwm55 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet registered in your name).
KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. bwm55 reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bwm55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bwm55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bwm55 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other channels made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. bwm55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which bwm55 accepts no responsibility.
All deposited funds are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bwm55 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be confirmed as originating from a source owned by the account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. bwm55 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
bwm55 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and same-day or next-business-day for bank transfers. These timelines are targets and may be affected by technical issues, peak demand periods, or additional verification requirements. bwm55 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending fraud investigation, AML review, or pending bonus wagering requirements.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bwm55 maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance consistent with Philippine AMLC regulations. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Players must not use bwm55 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. Any funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be frozen and reported immediately to Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
bwm55 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus rules applicable to all bwm55 promotions include:
- Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in individual promotion terms.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- bwm55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying wagers already placed under that promotion will be honoured according to the terms in effect at the time of the wager.
- Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or using automated betting strategies — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
6 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using bwm55:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
- Opening more than one player account on bwm55;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, bingo, or live dealer games;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method or identity;
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bwm55 software or systems;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other users' experience.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the bwm55 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game titles, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of bwm55 or its content licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, transmit, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bwm55.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bwm55, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
bwm55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bwm55's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct loss or damage arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bwm55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
9 Account Suspension & Termination
bwm55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction;
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
- Player-initiated self-exclusion;
- Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), bwm55 reserves the right to retain any account balance as damages, subject to applicable law. Upon voluntary closure or closure for reasons other than breach, any verified, non-bonus balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies to the extent required to operate the Platform lawfully. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the bwm55 Platform, shall first be submitted to bwm55's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing via the live chat function in your account dashboard or by email to [email protected].
bwm55 shall endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory complaint mechanisms available to players under PAGCOR's framework.

bwm55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
